Responsibilities
Manage daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting excellent customer service.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary while managing costs effectively.
Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Develop creative beverage menus and collaborate with the culinary team to enhance the overall dining experience.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Skills
Supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting.
Knowledge of food.
