We are looking for Restaurant and Bar Staff at Fairfield House Hotel. Reporting directly to the Hotel and Restaurant's management team, you will be tasked with service of beverages and food to all guests whilst delivering first class customer service.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent service; greeting guests in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately
Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently
Handling cash and card transactions accurately
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas
Develop a strong understanding of the menu, drinks offerings and specials
Work effectively as part of the team, supporting your colleagues to ensure smooth operations
What we're looking for:
Must be 18 or over
Proven experience in a restaurant or bar environment preferable
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours
A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding hospitality to all guests
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members alike
