We are looking for Restaurant and Bar Staff at Brig o Doon House Hotel. Reporting directly to restaurant management, the successful applicant(s) will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Providing outstanding customer service to all guests Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Serving meals and beverages with a professional and friendly demeanor Setting up and clearing down tables and service areas Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and bar Handling cash and card payments Assisting with stock rotation and inventory as required Working effectively as part of a close-knit team

What we're looking for:

Experienced in a restaurant or bar environment preferred Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Presentable, professional, and punctual Able to work efficiently under pressure

Crucially, applicants must have full flexibility to work various shifts all year round, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the demands of our busy hotel

A team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude
