About You

• A strong all-round Restaurant & Bar Manager with experience in trendy or high-end city bars, ideally with a background in high street branded retail environments
• Proven experience leading a busy branded restaurant with a sharp eye for maintaining brand standards
• A confident leader who can inspire, coach, and develop your team
• Commercially astute, guest-focused, and operationally hands-on
• Ideally experienced in new openings and passionate about cocktail culture and premium service
• Someone with the presence and gravitas to represent a luxury venue with style and professionalism
