Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant dining environment, providing exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their skills within the hospitality industry.

Duties

Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Taking orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when appropriate Serving food and beverages with professionalism and attentiveness Ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times Assisting in food preparation and kitchen duties as required Managing guest requests promptly to enhance their dining experience Upselling menu items to maximise sales opportunities Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of service areas Handling payments accurately using the POS system Supporting team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour towards guests Basic maths skills for handling transactions and cash management Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour
