Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met
Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards
Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals
Handle payments and perform basic math calculations for transactions
Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly
Requirements
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential
Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services
Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous
Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience is beneficial
Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently
Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team
