Rebos Play & Restaurant are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences through excellent service, food safety, and efficient food and beverage handling. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties
Welcome guests warmly and ensure they receive prompt, courteous service
Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently
Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities
Handle payments accurately using the POS system
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and hygiene standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety procedures and basic food preparation skills are advantageous
Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and billing purposes
Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and contribute positively to the team
