- Plan and direct the Restaurant operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

- Commercial Management
- Work alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and directing a team within the luxury Branded hotel market.
- Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
- Prior experience at senior leadership level within a branded environment.
