We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties



Supervise daily operations, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and procedures. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Manage team dynamics, providing guidance and support to staff members in their roles. Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently by all team members. Assist in training new employees on restaurant operations, food production techniques, and service standards. Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and kitchen equipment, placing orders as necessary. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements



Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Previous experience in a hotel or barista setting is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with both staff and guests. A passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
