Duties
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Oversee food preparation and culinary processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and patrons.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, striving for complete satisfaction.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Some knowledge of kitchen operations.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage management is advantageous.
