What to Expect

• Salary: 42,000 - 45,000 per year (inclusive of service charge), paid monthly.
• Schedule: Full-time across 5 days, with Monday-Sunday availability. Our AI-optimized rotas ensure a mix of daytime and evening shifts--no endless late nights here!
• Training: Access to award-winning, AI-enhanced development programs from day one. Last year, we promoted 211 team members!
• Holiday: Standard paid leave (including service charge), with Hotel California closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Got kids? Take an extra day for their first day of school.
• Style: No stiff uniforms--smart casual and comfy is the vibe (trainers welcome!).

We're searching for a Floor Manager to join our London haven. Our Californians (Managers) are the heartbeat of our operation, ensuring every guest feels like they've stepped into a world of wonder. With AI assisting everything from real-time guest preferences to team coordination, you'll lead with heart and precision. On busy nights, you'll manage wait times of up to 90 minutes with charm and empathy, supported by a team of 40-50 California Crew members and fellow Californians, all working in sync thanks to our smart systems. You're empowered to make bold decisions, ensuring our California Spirit shines through in every moment.

What We're Looking For
As a Floor Manager at Hotel California:

• You've been a Senior Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, tech-savvy hospitality setting for the past few years.
