Duties

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving. Manage and supervise staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and hospitality. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate food production to meet demand. Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality control over food presentation and taste. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.

Skills

Proven experience in a restaurant management role with supervisory experience. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation and production techniques. Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team. Solid understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Previous experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
