Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at El Diablo . Located in Bristol, El Diablo is a 40 cover Taqueria on Gloucester Road. Opened in late 2024, this busy Mexican restaurant is open for 9 services per week (closed on Mondays) and is looking for a dynamic, passionate GM to lead the team.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service. Manage inventory, ordering, and food safety compliance. Create and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the chef team to maintain menu quality and innovation. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development. Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with financial management and budget oversight is preferred. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
