Bread Meats Bread is part of an award winning, local and independently owned restaurant group with restaurants in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
We are looking to immediately hire a GENERAL MANAGER with suitable experience in very busy restaurant environments for-

We are looking for driven individuals with
exceptional
customer service and people management skills.Roles and responsibilities include-
Opening and closing procedures including cash up Hands on shift and labour management (rota ready) Stock ordering/ processing and control (Procure wizard) Training and development of FOH staff and management team Management of FOH and kitchen teams Key holder responsibilities Working approximately 40-46 hours a week, over 5 days Rotas, sales forecasts and weekly reporting to operations team. Adhering to health and safety, HACCP and company policies.

Starting rate of pay, 14.25 per hour to be discussed at interview plus approximately 2.50- 3.50 per hour in tips, paid fortnightly.
