Overview

ROTI KING is looking for talented and experienced General Manager who will lead the our city site in Liverpool Street.

You will oversee all operations, providing leadership to the team while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The brand's ethos is built around the values of Quality, Community, Diversity and Hospitality, and we are seeking a passionate leader to champion these principles.

Roti King was founded in 2014, and - what's in a name dishes - we create authentic Malaysian street food including the very popular, freshly-made Roti Canai. The menu originates from Ipoh, the culinary home of Malaysian Cuisine, and has been brought to the UK by the original founding family behind the famous Gopal's Corner, Malaysia.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly within restaurant management, and will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maintaining food safety standards, and leading a team to success. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about food and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant, delivering best-in-class service across.

Team Management

: Recruit, train, and lead a talented team, fostering a positive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace culture.

Guest Experience

: Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience.

Financial Performance

: Drive revenue and profitability, meeting and exceeding financial targets while managing budgets effectively.

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in a management role in restaurants. Strong operational skills and the ability to manage a quick service and high volume venue. A charismatic and engaging personality, with excellent leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to inspire, develop, and lead a team in a high-pressure environment.
