We're recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a beautiful country-house hotel set in one of the Lake District's most picturesque villages.

You'll be part of a close-knit front-of-house team who take real pride in the details; from immaculate table presentation to genuine, relaxed hospitality.
There are beautifully crafted tasting menus and a la carte menus on offer, brimming with mouth-watering dishes as well as an extensive wine list providing the perfect accompaniment for any dish.
They are looking for someone with experience in a quality hotel or restaurant environment, a natural host with strong people skills and an eye for detail and someone calm, organised, and confident managing service in a fast-paced but refined dining room.
As Restaurant Manager you will:

Have a solid restaurant background of working within high level establishments
Have excellent knowledge of food and wine and be a real people person, able to build up good relationships with regular clientele
Possess excellent attention to detail and have a passion for the industry
Be a hands-on restaurant manager, committed to providing an excellent level of customer service
Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation and leading your team by example at all times
