As our Restaurant Manager, you'll be the heart of our operation--leading the front-of-house team, overseeing daily service, and ensuring every guest experience The Albyn at its finest.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a passionate FOH team Ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain consistency Foster a positive, inclusive work environment
What We're Looking For:
Excellent customer service skills as we believe in leading by example 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on approach and calm under pressure Passion for great food, drinks, and hospitality Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling, and software
