Duties
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance performance.
Collaborate with the senior team to create innovative drinks offering that align with seasonality and industry trends.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant premises.
Qualifications
