Restaurant Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a confident, motivated individual with previous experience working in and running a restaurant environment to join our team.
Duties will include:
- Day to day opening, running and closing of the venue.
- Hiring and training of restaurant staff.
- Budget controls.
- Dealing with large bookings/parties.
- Weekly Rotas
As the role involves managing staff and dealing with any problems, a calm and friendly disposition will be required along with the ability to problem solve.

The Salary is between 31,000-32,500 Excluding service charge.
48 hour contract.
