Job Description

Grounded Kitchen is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our vibrant and quick-service restaurant eatery. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment for our team. Your leadership in food safety, team management, and financial oversight will be integral to our continued success and growth.

Responsibilities:



Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a high standard of service and food quality. Manage and train staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu planning and food preparation. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Utilize strong financial understanding to manage costs and optimize profitability. Report to the Operations Manager and collaborate on strategic initiatives for business growth. Uphold Grounded Kitchen's values of mindful eating, delicious dishes, and supporting a healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications:



Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the QSR industry. Strong understanding of financial metrics and experience with budget management. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Food safety certifications preferred. Passion for promoting health and wellness through food.
