About The Role
Our restaurant teams are the face of Zambrero, delivering on Zambrero's core value 'our customers come first' by taking pride in preparing and serving our delicious food. We're looking for a passionate and motivated Restaurant Manager who is seeking long-term career growth. You'll have the opportunity to develop and excel as part of an expanding UK team in a global restaurant group.
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including customer experience, workplace culture and drivers of financial performance. You'll also inspire your team to strive for excellence and support them with professional growth. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Recruiting and onboarding new team members
Providing ongoing training to ensure consistent delivery of an enjoyable, memorable customer experience by all team members
Ensuring high standards are maintained by all team members with respect to food preparation, restaurant organisation & presentation, and operational compliance
Team management, including preparing rotas, providing timely performance feedback & reviews, and resolving any employee issues including grievances
Performing administrative & compliance duties such as stock ordering and invoice processing
Monitoring and reporting on key drivers of financial performance including sales trends, cost of goods management, labour & productivity management and other cost controls
Supporting business development activities and executing marketing promotions

About You
