We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and fostering a positive work environment for staff.

Duties



Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations. Lead, train, and motivate kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction. Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures. Implement training programmes for staff to enhance their skills in hospitality and culinary practices. Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout all areas.

Experience



Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively. Background in culinary arts or kitchen management is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with restaurant management software is an advantage but not essential.
