We're working with a renowned premium cafe and restaurant in the heart of Central London, seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead their dynamic front of house team.
This is a daytime-only role, offering an excellent work life balance which is perfect for an accomplished hospitality professional looking to continue delivering exceptional guest experiences with only occasional evening work.
As Restaurant Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of this busy, high quality venue. You'll ensure service standards are consistently exceptional while maintaining smooth operations and a positive, engaged team culture.
About the Role:

  • Leading, training, and motivating the front-of-house team
  • Managing daily service and ensuring premium guest experience
  • Overseeing scheduling, stock control, and financial performance
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and senior management
  • Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
About You
  • You'll be a natural leader with a strong background in quality restaurants or cafes.
  • You'll have a passion for hospitality, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
