Responsibilities

Oversee staff training in food safety practices, cooking techniques, and customer service excellence. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry, fine dining preferred. Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and guests.
