We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, food production, and customer service. Supervise and train kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure adherence to company standards. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, taking deliveries. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience. Opening and closing of the shop. Mastering all aspects of the role, from making coffee to providing artisan service. Managing staff rotas. Processing payroll and paying wages.

Skills

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality sector. Strong leadership abilities with excellent supervisory skills. Knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience. Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous but not essential.
