We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a skilled and motivated team.
Coordinate food preparation and production processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
Maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as necessary to avoid shortages.
Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving for excellence in service delivery.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures to maximise profitability.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
Strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, or culinary arts is highly desirable.
Experience with bartending or beverage management is an advantage.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Familiarity with health regulations and food safety standards is required.
