As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food production and service.
Duties
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Coordinate food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of service.
Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Background in food production or culinary arts is highly desirable.
Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage management is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
