to lead the front-of-house team, delivering outstanding service and building a culture of excellence.

What Will You Be Doing?
Leading the day-to-day operations of the Garden House restaurant
Managing, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team
Ensuring smooth service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
Overseeing reservations, guest relations, and service standards
Monitoring budgets, labour, and KPIs to support commercial success
Working closely with the Head Chef to align kitchen and service delivery
Handling guest feedback and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement
Recruiting, training, and developing new team members
What Do You Need?
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality-led environment
Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach
Excellent communication and people management abilities
Commercial awareness with experience in budgets, rotas, and KPIs
Passion for hospitality, food, and delivering memorable guest experiences
