Your responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver stand-out guest experiences
Oversee service standards, operations, and financial performance
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing FOH team
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth coordination
You'll need:
Restaurant Manager experience (or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)
Strong leadership skills and hands-on management style
Passion for premium hospitality and seasonal food
Confidence in managing budgets and operations
