The Role:
Lead all front-of-house operations with a focus on professionalism, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction
Oversee a single, high-quality seating per evening, ensuring smooth coordination with the kitchen and events teams
Maintain a warm, welcoming environment while upholding service excellence
Manage staffing, training, rotas, and performance to support a strong team culture

The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-end hospitality setting
Strong organisational and communication skills
