We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards are met and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation and service Supervise and train kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service Implement effective team management strategies to enhance staff performance Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings

Requirements

Previous three years or more experience in restaurant management or similar role Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production Previous experience in restaurant operations, hotel environments, or as a barista is advantageous Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
