Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
Supervise and motivate staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas, fostering teamwork and high performance
Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies while minimising waste
Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly to uphold the restaurant's reputation
Organise staff schedules, training sessions, and performance reviews to optimise team productivity
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant environment in accordance with health codes
Ensure all aspects of hospitality services are delivered with professionalism and attention to detail
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong leadership qualities with excellent team management skills
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
Background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous
Previous barista experience or bar management skills are a plus
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Outstanding communication skills with a customer-focused approach
