About this role
My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead a 70-cover French bistro with a 60-seat terrace. The restaurant operates Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner, closing weekends, bank holidays and over Christmas. It averages 100 covers a day, with the busiest services midweek. The role is largely floor-based (85-90%), running service and hosting, and managing a Front of House team of 8 within a 23-strong brigade. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys leading service.
