Summary

'We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to help lead our team at Artezzan Restaurant & Bar. The position is based in Chester, where you will play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the restaurant team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Oversee food preparation, service standards, and food safety compliance. Develop staff through training and mentorship to foster professional growth. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures. Collaborate with the management team to ensure hospitality excellence. Implement policies that promote a positive work environment. Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency.' Contribute to the brand growth and development.

Qualifications

Proven experience in supervising or managing within a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Experience of 2+ years in similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of food safety standards. Excellent knowledge of Food Allergy protocol. Excellent Excel and Microsoft skills and ability. Ability to oversee safe and compliant food preparation and service quality. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in training and developing staff. Knowledge of inventory management and cost control Ability to understand P&L and report figures.

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
