Role Overview

As Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee all front? and back?of?house activities, driving operational success while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and profitability.

Coordinate daily

Staff Management

Financial & Inventory Management

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience (3-5+ years) in restaurant management or similar hospitality role Strong leadership, communication, and conflict?resolution skills getsling.com Financial acumen and proficiency with P&L statements and cost?control hrblade.com Excellent customer service orientation and ability to thrive under pressure Knowledge of restaurant software (e.g., POS, scheduling, inventory systems) hrblade.com [Optional:] Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or relevant certification
