As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and service while leading a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Develop and implement training programmes for staff in areas such as serving standards, and customer service. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Requirements

Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Excellent leadership skills combined with a passion for mentoring staff. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Experience in serving customers with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
