Middleton Hall have a fantastic opportunity for a

Restaurant Manager

to join our hospitality team.

Responsible for the development and supervision of Middleton Hall's front of house services - inclusive of our Orangery, Restaurant and Hosting in the care services, you will supervise a small team of Co-owners (our employees) supporting bespoke events and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This opportunity is permanent, full-time x 40 hours per week working 5 shifts per week on a rota basis (including weekends and public holidays)

In this role you will:

- Achieve day-day activities, overseeing the customer dining experience, ensuring an exemplary customer experience

- Ensure produce, equipment, facilities and decor are of the highest standard.

- Manage, develop and lead a small team of co-owners

- Work closely with the kitchen team to plan and successfully deliver bespoke key events

- Liaise with suppliers, ordering stock and managing produce and point of sale items

- Work alongside the Hospitality Manager, planning rotas and ensuring hygiene, health & safety across all designated areas

- Operate all relevant front of house equipment.

You will be highly professional and self-motivated with an impeccable approach to ensuring an exemplary customer experience for all who dine at Middleton Hall.
