We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our busy establishment. Duties
Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including food preparation, serving, and customer service
Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee team performance to ensure smooth operations
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with regulatory requirements
Oversee food production processes, ensuring quality control and consistency in dishes served
Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality experiences to guests
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control efficiently
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to uphold customer satisfaction
Ensure the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations at all times
Organise training sessions for staff on culinary techniques, food safety, and service standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu planning and special event preparations
Requirements
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
Background in culinary arts or related fields is highly desirable
Experience in hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous
Leadership qualities with excellent organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations
Previous hotel or bar management experience is a plus
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
