We are seeking a motivated and professional Restaurant Manager to lead our FOH team in a new wine bar/coffee shop. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, guest experience, and managing a small, passionate team.
Competitive rate of pay and negotiable depending on experience.
Duties
Lead and manage FOH team
Oversee bookings, service and customer satisfaction
Train staff in wine service and hospitality standards
Cash handling, Rotas, and stock management
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
Lead and motivate kitchen and front-of-house staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication. .
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure that all staff adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
Experience
Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry. Experience with small plates menus and wine pairing advantageous.
Experience in bartending or managing bar operations is advantageous.
WSET Wine Course Level 2 or above.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant management.
