Duties

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen functions Supervise and manage staff. Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are maintained at all times Manage reservations, optimise table utilisation, and ensure excellent customer service experiences Implement training programmes to uphold service standards and enhance team skills Manage inventory levels effectively Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality, and professional development

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting Extensive restaurant experience with a solid understanding of food safety regulations Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively Experience in hospitality management or hotel environments is desirable Barista experience or familiarity with bar operations is advantageous Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration
