We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within a busy hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service to enhance guest satisfaction. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in managing team performance, coordinating food preparation, and upholding the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities



Lead and supervise front of house restaurant staff and liaising with BOH team, fostering a positive team environment. Oversee delivery of exceptional customer service, order processes and quality standards are met consistently. Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate food production activities to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of customer experience. Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns promptly to uphold guest satisfaction. Organise staff rota's to optimise coverage during peak hours while managing labour costs effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant environment in accordance with hygiene standards. Collaborate with suppliers for procurement of ingredients and supplies necessary for smooth operations.

Qualifications



Proven management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting, demonstrating strong team management skills. Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Culinary experience is an asset. Previous leadership roles in hospitality establishments such as hotels or bars is critical. Knowledge of serving protocols, hospitality standards experience is critical. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
