Restaurant Manager - 4* Hotel, Exeter 31,500 + tronc 45hrs per week
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager for this luxury 4* hotel located in Exeter.
This luxury boutique hotel has a stunning bistro and bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as afternoon tea.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be
- responsible for the smooth running of the Bar, Bistro and meetings operation
- leading and supporting a team ensuring a high standard of service is provided
- managing budgets and KPIs targets
- hands on in all areas

- flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
