We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our busy establishment. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Manage staff schedules, oversee training programmes, and support team development initiatives.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor kitchen operations, including food production, cooking, and presentation to uphold consistency.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are adhered to throughout the premises.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control costs to optimise profitability.
Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant's offerings and increase patronage.
Enforce health and safety policies in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
Skills
Proven experience in supervising or managing within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices. Especially Nepalese cuisine.
Strong knowledge of Nepalese nightlife venues and culture.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive working environment.
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and standards in the UK hospitality sector.
Experience in food production, serving, and general kitchen operations.
Leadership qualities with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
