We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server to join our prestigious restaurant team. Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations based on menu knowledge and personal experience. Assist in food preparation and presentation, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of dishes. Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive team environment. Manage dining room operations, including setting up tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is essential. Strong culinary knowledge with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production preferred. Proven leadership skills with supervisory or team management experience highly regarded. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is necessary. Experience in hospitality roles, including barista or hotel environments, will be advantageous. A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests is crucial.
