Restaurant Manager

to lead our restaurant team and elevate the guest experience.

What You'll Do

As Restaurant Manager, reporting into the Hotel Manager, you'll take ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant and bars, ensuring every guest feels welcome, valued, and eager to return. Your responsibilities will include:

People & Team Leadership

Create weekly staff rotas and manage team availability Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and regular staff reviews Build a positive, motivated, service-led team culture

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Develop strong relationships with regular guests, encouraging loyalty Promote and embed the hotel's guest-first service culture Support reception when needed to ensure seamless guest journeys

Operations & Standards

Maintain high standards of health & safety and food safety Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations with attention to detail Beverage stock ordering

Commercial Success

Achieve financial targets including sales and beverage gross profit Promote a confident, proactive sales culture within the team

Creative & Brand Support

Assist with creating raw media (photos/videos) for social media Positively represent and promote our purpose, values, and behaviours

What We're Looking For

A natural people leader with proven restaurant or hospitality management experience Passion for guest service and genuine hospitality Strong organisational skills -- able to balance rotas, training, and operational demands Commercial awareness with experience hitting sales and GP targets A calm, confident communicator who leads by example Someone who cares deeply about their team, their guests, and their community

FREE live in accommodation is available in our on site staff flat.
