We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This is a senior management role with responsibility for operational performance, staff management, customer experience, and business standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house and kitchen teams
Plan staff rotas, allocate duties, and monitor performance
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Oversee food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control
Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally
Support business planning, reporting, and operational improvements
Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives
Skills & Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good organisational and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
Confident communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
A professional, reliable, and proactive approach
