Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure efficient restaurant operations, including food production, kitchen management, and food preparation
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Uphold food safety standards and compliance with regulations
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or culinary environment
- Proven track record in team management and leadership
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
