Summary
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Gamba. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent service and quality food offerings. Your leadership will be vital in creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Train, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
Develop menus and coordinate food production to meet customer needs.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Implement marketing strategies to promote restaurant offerings within the store.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary practices is essential.
