Responsibilities
Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
Train, mentor, and support team members in their roles, fostering a positive working environment.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
Oversee bartending operations, ensuring that all beverages are prepared to standard.
Skills
Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and customers alike.
