Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a passion for food preparation and service, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. The Restaurant Manager will ensure that all guests receive outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food safety and production.
Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation
Lead and manage a team of staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills in hospitality and food service
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety practices
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and restaurant performance
Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in the industry
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant environment, including kitchen areas
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team management and leadership
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production
Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation
A passion for the hospitality industry, coupled with a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences

Pay: 36,500.00-40,000.00 per year
